Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Inspection and Claims

You shall examine the goods immediately upon receiving them for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims must be lodged via our customer service email at concierge@kendra-life.com.my within 7 days of receiving the product, otherwise we reserve the right to reject the claim.

You shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the product until it is received by us. We shall hold no liability for any loss or damage to the product prior to the product being received by us. We advise you to pack the product safely to prevent any loss or damage to the product or its packaging.

Reasons for Exchange or Refund

Exchange of the product or refund can be arranged for the following reasons:

  • If the product delivered is damaged or defective.
  • If the product is near expiry (within 30 days before expiry) or expired.
  • If the product is different from the order delivered.

Products for return or refund should be returned in their original condition, quantity, and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your payment account (credit card/debit card/bank account) within 30 days from the approved return date.

Products or items purchased using point redemption are strictly not entitled to exchange, return, or refund.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

1) Kendra Life Sdn Bhd (KLSB) reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is unavailable for any reason. We will notify you if that is the case and return any payment that you have made. Refunds will be credited to your credit card or bank account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

2) Once an order confirmation email has been issued and/or the parcel has been collected by the courier, you are not allowed to cancel the order.
